Returns

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., groceries), custom products (e.g., personalized orders), and digital goods (e.g., software downloads, e-books). Sale items or gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Refund Approval: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., for items that are returned in a damaged condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@aklsup.co.in and send your item to our provided address.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
